- Drawers: More drawers make it simple to get and put away dishes or needed items. Just be sure to keep sharp objects stored safely away, or use a childproof lock to keep the little ones safe.
- Appliances: Most standard kitchen appliances can be placed where they usually would, but if you use a microwave, consider putting it on the kitchen island where everyone, including the smaller family members, can reach it easily.
- Hardware: This is not only the jewel of the cabinets but also provides easy opening and closing capabilities. Pulls are the best option for both younger and older members, compared to knobs.
