Walker Woodworking is committed to maintaining the beauty, function, and longevity of your custom cabinetry. Over time, cabinetry may require adjustments, maintenance, finish touch-ups, or repair due to normal wear, seasonal humidity changes, settling, or everyday use.

Our Service & Repair Request process allows our team to properly evaluate your concern and determine the appropriate solution. This may include a scheduled in-home service visit, which is billable at a rate based on location.
An in-home visit allows us to:
  • Accurately assess adjustments or repair needs.
  • Identify finish or color-blending requirements.
  • Collect matching samples when necessary.
  • Prepare touch-up materials or custom blending solutions in-shop.
This approach ensures precision while minimizing delays, shipping risks, or inconvenience to you.

A Note on Coverage

Walker Woodworking stands behind our manufactured products and workmanship. Items that qualify under our written warranty — most commonly within the first year following project completion — will be addressed accordingly.

However, many requests that arise after installation involve standard service considerations such as adjustment, environmental movement, finish aging, or general wear. These items are typically handled as part of a scheduled service visit and may include a mix of service and eligible coverage items, depending on the situation.

Our goal is to provide professional, transparent support while ensuring responsible cost recovery and clear expectations.
